Will Kotowicz is Meuwly's Creative Genius and Production Manager. He has a breadth of experience in Edmonton's food industry, from Savoury Chef at Duchess Bake Shop to Processing Lead at Sangudo Custom Meats. He is a self-taught charcutier, who continued to develop his skills as an intern with Craig Diehl in Charleston, South Carolina. Will's dedication to quality ingredients, refined flavours and both modern and classic cooking techniques have made him one of Edmonton's most sought-after food experts. Along with Meuwly's, Will is the founder and co-owner of Upson's Classic Lemonade Cordials.
Meuwly's General Manager Peter Keith attained his Red Seal and Blue Seal Chef certifications from N.A.I.T. and has gone on to compete in fifteen international culinary events. He worked in top kitchens in Edmonton and then Vancouver (Hardware Grill, Jack’s, Shaw Conference Center, Chambar) before returning to Alberta to open “Meuwly’s" after discussing the idea with Will for over seven years. In his spare time, Peter teaches cooking classes and coaches NAIT's competitive culinary team and serves on multiple committees and boards that work to improve Alberta's food industry and education system.
Glendon Tan is Meuwly's project lead and business developer, handling the design and construction of the retail location. He completed a chemical engineering degree with the hope of improving the standard of living for all Albertans. After a motorcycle trip through North and South America that lasted a year-and-a-half he was given the opportunity to take over the family’s diverse real-estate portfolio. He is leading the business toward greater social responsibility through curated tenancy that is focussed on community benefit instead of profit.
