Our subscription club packages are prepared once per month, typically during the last week.

That means, you can sign up any time, and we’ll notify you when you next package will be ready. (Cutoff is the 15th of each month - so an order placed on Jan 16th would be fulfilled in February.)

We offer monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly subscription options, so you can enjoy at your own pace!

Our charcuterie club is definitely meant to be an ongoing subscription! We do have gift options, which allow you to select a set number of months to send someone. (You do this step at the checkout page - click “This is a Gift.”)

Home delivery incurs an extra fee, and is available for a number of communities across Alberta!

We deliver our packages through our partner, Organic Box, who has a fleet of refrigerated vehicles.

Before you sign up, please confirm that your address is in an area we deliver to - you can check the full list here!

We’ll send you an email a few days before your delivery day to confirm the date, but you can refer to the map on this page for an estimate of weekdays that each area will receive their package.

The items are packaged in thermal bags (with ice packs, depending on the season) and kept cold until they are dropped off at your address.

Most packages will be delivered in the afternoon/evening, so many people choose to have their home as the delivery address. The package will be left at the front door.

If you know you won’t be home on the delivery day, you could arrange to have a neighbour pick up the package from your door and refrigerate it for you, or contact us to pick it up from one of our locations.

Our billing system gives you two ways to send a Meuwly’s Charcuterie Club gift!

#1. You can create a new subscription, entering the recipient’s information in the subscriber fields. At the checkout page, you can choose to send an ongoing subscription (which will run until cancelled,) or send a specific number of months. You’ll receive all communications related to the billing, and we’ll contact the recipient directly regarding pickups/deliveries!

#2. We also offer Gift Vouchers - essentially, this is a numeric code that they can use through the order form to redeem their packages whenever they are ready. Please note that these vouchers can only be used for subscription packs, not for our retail store. All other terms and conditions of our subscription program will apply to the redemption of these vouchers.

Sorry - each Charcuterie Club package’s contents will be pre-determined month to month, and we’re unable to make substitutions.

We strive to give our subscribers a unique mix of styles, flavours, and textures of every type of product that we make. (Almost all of our products are gluten free, with the exception of one or two condiments! Most of the meats will be pork, with some beef.)

Any allergens in a product will be clearly labelled. However, our products are made in a facility that also processes dairy, nuts, eggs, shellfish, and gluten products. If there are certain foods you’re allergic to or really don’t like, we’d recommend stopping by one of our Meuwly’s locations, where our knowledgeable team can help you find specific products that will be perfect for you!
